JOINT APPLICATION: Are you legally married (including separated or pending divorce)? -You may exclude a spouse from your lease agreement, but not your application. You will fail your application if you are not honest on the sections.
Adult OCCUPANT: Each person living on the property over 18+ must complete an application
No credit is fine, we aren’t looking for a credit score.
Bad credit could be an issue depending: You cannot have unpaid judgements from the court including evictions, unpaid accounts in collections, accounts with more than 89 days past due.
Medical collections are exempt.
You cannot have a criminal felony, pending charges, misdemeanors (sex crimes, violent crimes, thefts, fraud, or drug crimes).
